Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and profile settings when you sign up via email or Google OAuth.
• Call and coaching data: scripts, call metadata, live transcripts, audio recordings, post-call analyses, and AI coaching interactions linked to your account.
• Billing information: subscription status, invoices, and payment records processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Usage and technical data: credit consumption, feature usage, device and browser information, log data, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
• Communications: messages you send to support and service-related emails we send to you.

We use personal data to:

• Provide live transcription, AI coaching, script management, and post-call analysis
• Authenticate users, maintain accounts, and enforce plan limits
• Process subscriptions, credit purchases, and billing through Stripe
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Communicate about your account, service changes, and support requests
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, and consent where required.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to operate LynCopilot:

• Service providers: trusted vendors that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards, including Supabase (auth, database, storage), Stripe (payments), ElevenLabs (speech-to-text), and AI model providers (coaching and analysis).
• Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continued protection of your data.

Lynsoft LLC is based in the United States. If you access LynCopilot from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

We retain account data and call history while your account is active. Free-plan users have access to call history for 7 days as described on our pricing page.

You may delete your account from Settings, which removes your profile and associated data subject to backup retention and legal obligations. Billing records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, and compliance purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated API access, access controls, and database row-level security to isolate customer data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Export or receive a copy of certain data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based

We use cookies, local storage, and IndexedDB to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as theme, store your cookie consent choices, buffer call recordings before upload, and protect the service. Optional analytics cookies are only loaded if you accept them in our consent dialog.

Third-party services such as Stripe (payments), Google (OAuth sign-in), and Plausible (analytics, if accepted) may also use browser storage when you use those features. For a complete list, see our Cookie Policy. You can update preferences at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.

LynCopilot is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service, by email, or by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
