Terms of Service

LynCopilot is a software-as-a-service application that helps sales teams run cold calls with branching scripts, live dual-side transcription, real-time AI coaching, and post-call analysis. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the product.

We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, call quality, or uninterrupted availability.

You may use our website and application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the service, including by attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.

We may impose reasonable usage limits to protect the platform and other users. Circumventing those limits or billing controls is prohibited.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use LynCopilot. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of scripts, call recordings, transcripts, and other content you submit through the service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve LynCopilot.

The service may reference third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

LynCopilot, including its software, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by Lynsoft LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the service.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make LynCopilot available and to protect account data with appropriate technical and organizational measures. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

You agree not to use LynCopilot to:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Harass, threaten, or defraud others
• Record or transcribe calls without all legally required notices and consents
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or sublicense access without our written permission
• Upload malware or attempt to bypass security, billing, or usage controls

You are solely responsible for compliance with call recording, telemarketing, do-not-call, and data protection laws in every jurisdiction where you operate.

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise on our pricing page:

• Free plan: includes limited lifetime credits and feature restrictions as described at checkout and on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions: renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Monthly and annual plans may be offered.
• Credits: consumed during AI-assisted calls as described on our pricing page. Credit consumption rates may change with notice.
• Credit bundles: one-time purchases that remain available while your paid subscription stays active, subject to the terms shown at purchase.

Prices, taxes, and plan features are shown before purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or billing settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security risk, or use the service unlawfully. Refunds are handled case by case unless otherwise required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LynCopilot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI suggestions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every sales scenario.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynsoft LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using LynCopilot, you acknowledge that we process personal data as described there.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lynsoft LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.

Disputes should first be raised with us at [email protected]. Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service, by email, or by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
